Processing Time & Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on the destination. You can get an accurate calculation of shipping charges by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your mailing address. The shipping cost will automatically update and display in your total order cost.

Shipping & Handling

Orders are processed on business days, which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time, excluding holidays observed by the U.S. Post Office. These holidays include New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Shipping from Warehouse

We offer a flat shipping rate, so you can order as many items as you want and pay a single rate.

  • Shipping Rate: $5.99 for Standard Shipping.
  • Estimated Delivery: 7-15 business days* during regular seasons (longer during holiday seasons).

About Late Deliveries

Our shipping partners strive to deliver your package on time, but delays can occur due to unforeseen events. Cocoleas Store cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect address details.
  • Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit numbers.
  • Severe weather conditions.
  • International customs procedures.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 2-4 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If there’s no tracking information available, it may mean that the carrier has not yet processed your package. Once scanned, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.


Common Questions

I ordered multiple items, but only received one. Where’s the rest of my order?
For faster delivery, we may ship multiple items separately. Don’t worry if you receive one item before another—they’re on their way.

Why haven’t I received order confirmation details?
Most of the time, this happens because the email address entered at checkout was incorrect. We send several emails during the order process, including confirmation, fulfillment, and shipping notices. If you think you entered the wrong email, please contact us to correct it.

Can my order be delivered to multiple addresses?
We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you need items delivered to different addresses, please place separate orders.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. APO shipments are sent via DHL Global Mail and then handed over to USPS for final delivery through the military mail system. Please note that shipments to APOs may take up to 45 additional days, and tracking will stop updating after entering the military mail system for security reasons.
